Cellogica - How to get them to cancel on the first try!
My credit card company was very leery when I made the charge to purchase the "free trial". After discussing the situation with them, I authorized the charge, but told them not to authorize any further charges (i.e.
block them). The toll-free number that my credit card company had for them turned out to be a non-working one--no surprise there! At this point, my fraud radar is working over time, but I had no other means of contacting them until the package arrived and voila, in the very fine print was a working toll-free number (866-989-****). When I called, I got a customer service rep who was still trying to convince me that this was good stuff, offering a 50% lifetime discount as an incentive.
At which point, I cut him off, and said cancel my account.
He reluctantly agreed to do so when I told him that my credit card company was aware of them and that any further charges would be blocked and/or my card would be canceled and reissued. I am hoping that this has taken care of the matter, but since I just phoned today (and I do have a cancellation confirmation number now), I will have to wait a while to see if they do try to continue to charge me :-|

The same thing also happened to me. After getting the โfree trialโ got charged $125( from credit card number for shipping fee). This company should be reported to better business bureau and facebook
I am so mad, I ordered free trial I did not order anything else, now once a week they are trying to charge my card $129.00 I have numerous times told them to stop if this keeps up I will contact a lawyer and get every dime they have they are very bad business. It didn't work so I really don't want anymore
The same happened to me, only after they charged my account with 127.95!!! I really would like more women to come forward, I will send a letter to the Queen, telling her about her daughter in laws fraudulent business practices in the US. I th ink, her Majesty will not be pleased.

Never ever believe something is a โfree trial โ if you have to give them a credit card number to cover shipping. I was fooled I hope this keep anyone else from falling for this scam.
horrible customer service ,your trial period begins the day you place order not when you receive item so i didnt open and try immediately so after 2 days broke out in rash so i called to return they cancelled membership but since i was at 15 days had to pay for the products - be ware dont order this product its a big scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for your post. I immediately called the company and told them that I wanted no additional shipment and to cancel my trial subscription.
They pushed back by stating that they could give me an additional week.
I said NO and finally she said that I would no longer receive shipments and my trial was cancelled. I wonder if Judge Judy knows about this scam...
I am sending one of collgica day and night cream back for a return I work out of the country and I have a second one that was sent to but they said I can only return one back---- I was out of the country when this order is supposed placed so I have no idea how the product was sent or by whom to me on my discover card one is on the way back---it was delivered today nov 3, 2018 and the other one was delivered in October 2019---what do I do with it---since I did not order it? your operators in your call center were rude and I cannot imagine why---the products were not used, sent by mistake Madeline mayor mmmaddymayor76@***.com
