What happened? auto shipments and auto charges, and they rip you off and forget a refund.
I called to ask for them to cancel and refund me. With no explanation, Natasha hung up on me when I asked for a refund. Just click, she was gone. So I decided to call back.
Not that that helped. The other gentleman was polite, but also ended the call with no satisfaction. $54 and $71 later, I am broke, and a little smarter. Never ever try trials.
They won't tell you why you don't get your money back. If you open it, you do not get your money back, so don't waste YOUR money sending it back.
