I was offered a "free eye cream" and pay only $4.95 for shipping&handling while visiting etsy.com for the exchange of my survey. In about a week instead of an eye cream I recieved a night and a day cream packaged in one box.

Three days later my account was charged $129 for that. I called their customer servise and was somewhat disgusted with my experience. neither their automated system nor the customer servise representative would mention the company's name but rather answer in a dry and rude manner introdusing themself with the words: "customer servise what's your zip code..." Plus I was refused to be refunded as they did not have such policies. Even I told the lady on the phone that I have received a different product and that Initially I ordered their eye cream because it was only 4.95 and My mom has been recently looking for an eye cream.

She told me I could still give that mistaken product to my mom. I had to tell her none of us needed an entire skincare especcially for that price and that i was going to file a complain through etsy and all other their websites such as their site on amazon and all of a sudden there was implemented a refund policy for me but with the restocking fee of $20 and I would receive a refund anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks after they have received a returned product. I was given a return address which happens to have a wrong zip code as I was informed at usps office while shipping their product back at my own expence. And she said she was going to also to remove my information from their database to cancel my subscription and I would receive an email which I never did.

I called them back once I send back their product, another rude experience and on top "their system was down" so they couldn't even locate my information.

Pure scam, what else I can say. a good product would never use such a shady unproffecional and unethical ways to sell itself...

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
